Refund Policy
These terms explain how this policy applies when you use BANBILE TV.

BANBILE TV provides digital streaming access, subscriptions, day passes, and premium content. Because digital access can begin immediately after purchase, all payments are generally final unless required by law or unless BANBILE TV determines that a refund is appropriate due to a verified technical or billing issue.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged for access to the selected plan during the billing period. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You may continue using the service until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for violation of policy.
3. Pay-Per-View and Day Passes
Pay-per-view events, day passes, special programming, and limited-time premium access are non-refundable after access begins, except where a confirmed system error prevented access and the issue was not caused by the user’s device, internet connection, location restrictions, or unsupported browser.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same plan or order, contact support with your account email, transaction ID, payment method, and purchase date. Verified duplicate charges may be corrected or refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are usually not provided for user internet problems, unsupported devices, forgotten cancellation, account sharing violations, content availability changes, dissatisfaction with a specific program, or failure to read plan details before purchase.
6. Review Time
Refund reviews may require verification with payment providers and internal account logs. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
